Here, industrial history meets innovation and creativity: the Grand Hall was once the heart of the Zollverein coking plant. On September 12, 1961, the huge blowers and compressors started running here—making the hall part of the world’s most advanced coal processing facility for decades. Since 1993, operations have ceased, but the hall is anything but outdated: today, it’s a cool event location bringing fresh energy to the scene!

Thanks to the Zollverein Foundation, the industrial charm has been preserved—and that’s exactly what makes BRANDmania so special. Here, the past merges with a spirit of new beginnings: the perfect vibes for inspiration, networking, and unforgettable moments!

You’ll find the Grand Hall ZOLLVEREIN on the grounds of the former Zollverein coking plant. The entire site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and ranks among the world’s most important industrial monuments. Covering more than 100 hectares—roughly the size of 100 football fields—there’s a lot to discover here!
